Sensitize Your 5 Senses And Develop Your Psychic Abilities

Everyone has Psychic Abilities. But as with all things, it is in varying levels from person to person. You never know which sense will become the more dominant.
Everyone is born with 6 senses, but it is only the ‘normal’ 5 that we being working with. These are our sense of Taste, Sight, Hearing, Touch and Smell. Very little work is done on our 6th sense - that of our Mind.
Let’s be totally honest here, most of us do not use our 5 physical senses to their full potential.
Psychics use their sense of Sight a lot in their work. This can work in two ways, firstly some psychics see images in their mind. Whilst other Psychics actually see images in he physical world, such as Ghosts and Orbs.
Hearing: When you hear something psychically it is called Clairaudience. Clairaudience is the ability to hear recognizable messages from outside the normal hearing range.
One experience I had of clear Clairaudience was when one of my sons were playing in the garden. I was preparing lunch and a strong voice sounded in my head. It told me that my son had left the garden and was heading to the road. I did not question it. I immediately ran outside to find that my son had indeed left the garden was by this point by the main road. I dread to think what may have happened it I had not heard that voice.
Smell: Many people have had psychic experiences using the sense of smell. Spirit seem to find it a good way to contact us. For example my brother passed into spirit 9 years ago. But I know he is still with me because I smell him. He used one particular aftershave - which no one else in the household uses. I can be washing up, in the garden, in fact be doing anything and all of a sudden I will get a very strong smell of my brothers aftershave. You cannot even purchase this particular scent anymore!
When you realize that your loved one is still around, it makes these experiences all the more special.
Many people experience the sense of touch, spiritually, when they are meditating - by spirit gently touching them in a reassuring manner. Or sometimes when spirit comes close you may feel the temperature in the air change, or feel their breath upon you. These are both examples of the sense of touch.
A regular experience I have with touch is when I am meditating. I will be laying down in a lovely relaxed state when I feel slight pressure on the side of my face - just like someone laying a hand on my face. Or stroking my hair. It is a pleasant reassuring feeling.
Another healing experience, via the sense of touch, is when a child falls and hurts themselves, whether a skinned knee or a bump on the head. Many parents place their hands over the affected area. I, myself, have done this many times (with 3 children it is an everyday occurrence). My children have often stated that they feel a warm tingly sensation when my hand is there. They have also told me that the pain and stinging disappears - magic hands they call it. Although I am not a healer, I feel that many of these things are automatic and that everyone possesses them.
Taste: Some psychics say that they experience extremes of taste during their work. I have not yet had that type of experience but that does not mean that it hasn’t happened to you.
If you wish your mind (Psychic) sense to start developing then the other 5 senses need to be operating at full capacity.
Wouldn’t it be lovely if you sharpened your senses to notice all the Tastes, Sounds, Sights, Smells and Feelings that have always been there, but you have never noticed them before.
Everything has to be fine tuned, as your mind utilizes all of your 5 main senses. That is if you want to operate at optimum levels.
